PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Azad Foundation Society successfully organised a 3-day State-Level Divyangjan Sports Mahotsav, bringing together Divyang sportspersons from 36 districts to participate, compete, showcase their abilities and gain recognition.

GOVERNMENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To promote inclusive sports and equal opportunities for Divyangjan, encourage participation in physical activities, identify and nurture sporting talent, promote health and fitness, and create pathways for recognition, confidence, social inclusion and empowerment.
NGO’S OBJECTIVE
Azad Foundation Society worked to translate this vision into meaningful opportunity by bringing Divyang sportspersons together on a state-level platform, enabling them to demonstrate their talent, experience healthy competition, build confidence and connect with a wider sporting community.

DIGNITARY PARTICIPATION
The Mahotsav was inaugurated by Hon’ble State Minister Shri Narendra Kumar Kashyap and Principal Secretary Shri Subhash Chandra Sharma, in the presence of senior officials.
The closing ceremony was graced by CDO Shri Yogendra Kumar Singh, SDM, Jail Superintendent and Member, Women’s Commission, along with other dignitaries.
