Shazia Siddiqui is a renowned Social Reformer, Women Empowerment Advocate, and Rehabilitation Specialist with over 17 years of experience in social development. She has dedicated her career to empowering women, persons with disabilities, prisoners, transgender persons, and other marginalized communities through rehabilitation, legal awareness, skill development, and sustainable livelihood programmes.
She holds a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Philosophy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Aligarh Muslim University, along with an LL.B. from Vivekanand College.
She is a Former Member of Permanent Lok Adalat, Counsellor at Pariwar Paramarsh Kendra (SSP Office, Aligarh), Member of One Stop Centre, and POSH Internal Committee Member at the Civil Court, SSP Office, Varshney Degree College, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Aligarh. She is also the Brand Ambassador for Women Empowerment with RN Today Magazine (U.P.) and former Brand Ambassador of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and SPMUDA, Philippines.
Her contributions have been recognized with the State Award by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath for Disability Empowerment, along with 30+ prestigious awards and honours, including Mission Shakti, Operation Jagriti, Corona Warrior, Best Social Activist, Best Disabled Empowerment, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Women Achievement, Nari Shakti, Youth Achievement, and Aligarh Ratna Award.
