As part of the participation in the Kumbh Mela, regular skill-development training was provided to women inmates in handicrafts and waste upcycling.

The participants were trained to transform waste materials, including discarded tyres and other reusable materials, into attractive, creative and useful products. This initiative aimed to empower women inmates by developing their skills, confidence and potential for livelihood after rehabilitation.
